We are very pleased with our new back patio and front porch! Great quality and exactly what we were looking for. Also flexible with our requests. Best part of the whole process was their reliability. They were efficient, on time, and met the deadlines that they set forth which is hard to come by these days. I would highly recommend them for any porch or back patio needs! My experience with this company was one of the worst that I have had with a contractor in many years. To begin with, the final price was $5,000 more than the original quote. Once the project was completed, they ignored my attempts to contact them regarding an area on the deck with uneven boards which presented a possible tripping hazard. The owned did not show up for the final day of work as indicated and there was no final inspection. In short, lots of promises and poor follow through. I would recommend finding another contractor.Response to Reply by Contractor: The response by the contractor in not accurate. The initial quote did not have the price of the replacement of the 25 year old framing. They met with me and indicated that they should include that in their quotes and changed their policy to do so. Unfortunately there was no discount on that work. The price was still $5,000 more than first indicated. I have no issue with them doing the work around the hot tub as agreed upon. I have an issue with the fact that they did not inspect the work and refused to even return a phone call when asked to correct uneven boards as a result of their work. It would take 20 minutes to fix the uneven boards and they will not even respond much less come look at the issue.

Thanks to Jeff and his construction crew we now have a well-built, attractive composite deck. It is been the subject of numerous positive compliments from our neighbors. From the initial contact with Jeff through the construction by Dino and his crew, the professionalism, workmanship, and customer service were exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend Deck and Patio Tuneup.

These guys definetly deserve the 5 stars we've rated them. From beggining to end I have never been more pleased with a company. We knew our job would end up being more than initially thought but these guys never hesitated. They managed to get this job finished in a timely manner even with a lot of added work. The demo and contruction guys also deserve 5 stars because they worked hard from the start to the end of the day. Always keeping our property clean and safe for guests. The real shining star is the craftmanship, we now have 3 of the most beautiful stair cases and a sturdy deck. From the sanded railings to the beveled step boards this company really gave us a much needed face lift. Thank you to the owner Jeff for being honest and attentive , Dino for his knowledge, and Josue and his crew for the amazing work. We will always use this company in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top tier worksmanship and fair pricing.

Not only are the owners knowledgeable and easy to work with their crews are excellent, capable and very detail oriented. I would recommend them to do any deck work you may have. Any questions they had about how I wanted my deck to look they would offer me choices as to how they could construct the deck. Always with my interest first. We interviewed several deck companies and Deck and Patio TuneUp was by far the most knowledgable about screens, deck composite, and design. We hired them for a huge screened in porch and deck build and are thrilled with the results. The crew showed up early each morning and cleaned up before they left. We would 100% use them again.

We just finished having our screenroom built. It looks lovely we are very pleased with it! The team were great, very professional, always on time. They did a great job and I would recommend them!!

We had a great experience with Mark, Dino, and the crew. The deck they installed was awesome and just what we wanted. A few months after they were done some of the top rails began to sag. They filed a warranty claim with the manufacturer but unfortunately that company didn't cover the defective parts. However, DPTU came back out and made it right, everything is great again. It is nice to know there are still some companies like DPTU that back up their work and product, and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is served well. I would 100% recommend Deck and Patio Tune Up!

These guys are incredible. From the design phase with Mark (owner) to finish, including overcoming a big unexpected obstacle during demo of the old deck. The job required a ‘plan B’ and these guys redid the entire plan in the middle of the job with my input. We got a beautiful, extremely well built deck that is now up to code unlike the previous homebuilder deck. All that, with virtually no delay and the entire project was done in 8 days. Everyone at D&PT is extremely professional. Arrival conference at project start was impressive. An owner (Jeff) and the design manager (Dino) met us on day-one when the lumber arrived and introduced us to Jacob and his team, who are all top-flight carpenters and skilled tradesman. The site was kept clean and safe for my dogs at all times, even during the brief delay. I will use these guys for my next project and I highly recommend D&PT.
