In 2019, Mark came on board and purchased half the company, bringing a commercial contractor’s license with him. That move formalized what the business had been growing into all along, and Deck and Patio TuneUp became the full-service outdoor living contractor it is today.
Holds a business management degree with a minor in marketing and brings something rare to the trades: he has owned, operated, and successfully sold multiple businesses. He understands not just how to build, but how to run an organization with discipline, accountability, and a long view. When he joined the company in 2019 and brought the commercial license with him, it opened the door to a new level of capability and professionalism.

A former coach of the UNCW hockey team, Jeff knows what it takes to build a team, earn trust, and execute under pressure. That same mindset shapes how Deck and Patio TuneUp approaches every client relationship and every project.
Together, Mark and Jeff bring close to 100 years of combined industry experience to the table, alongside dedicated sales and design teams and experienced project managers who see every job through from first sketch to final walkthrough.
